Here's a link to the advertising page of the Eugene, Oregon Register-Guard. It has all the data you would expect about their area, the subscriber base, and so forth. You have to read a bit to get down to the various rate cards, including the online rate card. Notice that they only offer 3 formats--medium rectangle, skyscraper and leaderboard.
