QR Codes in Truly Strange Places

Here is a great example of what I was speaking of the other day. How to ineffectively market with QR Codes.

Look at the size of the code and the distance from the platform. Not to mention if you try to get close enough you'll put yourself in danger of the third rail.

    1. True - that is just outrageous. Speaking of QR Codes, have you heard of any issues pertaining to scanning them? I have had issues doing so with my Iphone (granted, it's a 3)and the whole point of these would be convenience and user experience. More often that not, I have to focus, wait and sometimes point in vain because it won't read. Often it's due to the size of the code. Naturally, whatever landing page was used for the ad above must NOT have yielded any returns.
